Orders & Shipping

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, tap Add to cart, and follow the secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.

Where do you deliver?

We ship pan-India through trusted courier partners. Use the pincode checker on any product page to confirm delivery to your area before you order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery time depends on your location. As soon as your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email, with a live expected-delivery date on our Track your order page.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

COD is available wherever our courier partners support it. Enter your pincode in the checker on any product page — it will tell you if COD is available for your address. Note that COD orders can take slightly longer to arrive than prepaid orders.

Can I change my address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update it. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.

Will I get an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email is sent the moment your order is placed. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or message us on WhatsApp.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Open our Track your order page and paste the tracking number from your shipping email — you'll see live status, the latest location and the full journey of your parcel.

My tracking number isn't showing anything yet.

Couriers usually activate tracking within a few hours of pickup. If it's been longer than a day, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we'll trace it for you.

Tracking says delivered, but I haven't received my package.

First check with family members, neighbours or your building's reception. If it's still missing, contact us right away on WhatsApp — we'll open a trace with the courier and sort it out.

Returns & Support

What if my product arrives damaged or isn't working?

We're sorry — that's on us. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after delivery with a photo or short video of the issue and your order number, and our team will make it right.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page with your order number and the reason. Our support team will walk you through the next steps for your specific product.

My device stopped working after some time. What do I do?

Warranty coverage for each product is listed on its product page. Contact support with your order number and a description of the issue — we'll help you with troubleshooting first, and a warranty claim if needed.

How quickly does support respond?

WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. We reply during business hours, usually the same day.

Payments & Offers

What payment methods do you accept?

All major online payment options shown at checkout — UPI, cards and netbanking — plus Cash on Delivery where available. Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, encrypted checkout.

Is it safe to pay online on your site?

Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify with industry-standard encryption, and your full card details never touch our servers. See our privacy policy for exactly what information we process.

How do I apply a discount code?

Paste the code into the discount field at checkout. On our site you can tap any code chip — like the PREPAID chip in your cart — to copy it instantly.

What is the WELCOME150 code?

WELCOME150 gives you ₹150 off your first order over ₹999. Sign up through the welcome popup and the code is revealed instantly — it also applies automatically when you tap the shop button in the popup.

What is the PREPAID code?

Pay online instead of COD and use PREPAID for ₹150 off orders of ₹1,499 or more. Prepaid orders are also dispatched on priority.

How do the free gifts work?

Your cart unlocks free gifts as it grows — at ₹1,999, ₹2,999 and ₹3,999. The progress bar in your cart shows how close you are, and your gift is added automatically at ₹0.

Can I use two discount codes together?

Only one discount code can be applied per order. Free gifts unlock automatically and don't count as a code, so they combine with your discount.

Products & Care

Are your products new and genuine?

Yes — every product is brand new, sold and fulfilled directly by Apex Cure. Full specifications are on each product page.

How do I use my massager safely?

Follow the included user manual, start on the lowest setting, and keep sessions to the duration it recommends. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an implanted device such as a pacemaker, consult your doctor before use.

Can I use the nebulizer for children?

Use it exactly as your doctor prescribes — including the medication, dosage and mask size. The user manual covers cleaning and assembly; your doctor should guide usage for children.

How do I clean and maintain my device?

Each product page has a Care & Maintenance section with device-specific instructions. As a rule: unplug before cleaning, use a soft dry or slightly damp cloth, and never submerge electronics in water.

Account & Privacy

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. An account simply makes reordering and tracking easier.

What personal data do you collect?

Only what's needed to run your order and our store: contact and shipping details, payment confirmation (processed securely by Shopify), and basic device/usage information. The full details are in our privacy policy.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you're out — no questions asked.
