  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be canceled or intercepted. In this event, the standard return policy applies upon delivery.

6. Refund Processing & Repayment Methods

Once a refund is officially approved by Apex Cure, please allow 9 to 15 business days for the credit to process.

All refunds are securely reversed back to the original repayment method utilized during checkout:

  • Net Banking / UPI: The refund will be securely transferred back to the associated bank account or original UPI ID.
